In the event of illness, clients are encouraged to cancel and reschedule when they have recovered. They will not be charged for cancellation due to illness if it is within 24 hours of their appointment.

In the event of a public health crisis, the 24-hour cancellation policy may be rescinded and subsequently reinstated after the crisis has passed, at the practice's discretion.
